You know, I don’t know if it’s a good thing or a bad thing that whenever we have the buy each other gifts, what Kevin and I get for the other ends up being something we absolutely fucking adore, yet no one else would have thought to get it for us.
I’m just going to assume its a good thing; I mean, we know each other ridiculously well. But I don’t know. I was just thinking about what I’m getting him for his birthday, and it kind of dawned on me. No one’s going to buy that for him the same as no one would have thought to buy me an eeveelution.
I always get so excited when I see it on tv so when I saw at Walmart for 5$ the other day obviously it became MINE

These experimental pillows were handsewn with the help of friends hermes and thousandskies so I only have about 30 of them for Fanime. (Memorial Day Weekend May 24- 27) They will be $20 each. The only other con I’m schedule for this year is Anime Expo.
Since there’s been interest in these from online, I’m going to sell these online after Fanime, though, I have to figure out how much fabric to order. They will also be $20 each,BUT shipping will be a bit pricey; about $8 to ship from USA to Canada! Spencer Finch - 366, Emily Dickinson’s Miraculous Year (2009)
This work is based on Emily Dickinson in 1862, when she wrote 366 poems in 365 days. It is a real-time memorial to that year, which burns for exactly one year. The sculpture is comprised of 366 individual candles arranged in a linear sequence, each of which burns for 24 hours. The colour of each candle matches a colour mentioned in the corresponding poem. For the poems in which no colour is mentioned, the candles are made out of natural paraffin.
